Minnesota’s Spicy

Tater Tot Hotdish

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion minced
  • 2 cans of Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1 bag of frozen cut green beans
  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper for taste
  • Favorite Spicy & Nicey hot sauce to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. Spray 13" x 9" casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Over medium-high heat, brown beef and onions in large pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain grease.
  5. Transfer meat and onion mixture to casserole dish.
  6. Layer green beans on top of the meat and onions.
  7. Using a spatula, spread the undiluted condensed soup over beans.
  8. Add tater tots as a final layer.
  9. Bake for 40-50 minutes until the tots are browned and crispy.
  10. Sprinkle with shredded mild cheddar cheese. Cook 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  11. Let cook for 5 minutes, scoop and serve. Top with favorite Spicy & Nicey hot sauce. Enjoy!
